Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and reflective of our commitment to client satisfaction and industry best practices.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are considered for services that have not been delivered as per the mutually agreed scope of work or where a project is cancelled by the client before substantial work has commenced.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of the scheduled service delivery date or project milestone.
• Refunds are not applicable for services that have already been rendered, completed, or where significant resources have been allocated and utilized.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel a service, please email our support team at support@cgas.in with your project or invoice details, a brief description of your concern, and any supporting documentation. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Refund & Cancellation Process

• All refund and cancellation requests are reviewed by our senior management to ensure fairness and compliance with our service agreements.
• If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
• Partial refunds may be issued in cases where work has commenced but not completed, based on the proportion of work delivered.
• In the rare event of a service disruption or inability to deliver as promised, clients are entitled to a full refund or a mutually agreed alternative solution.
